All i am doing is sending hugs and muchas smooches my dear. It does all come down to you in the real world but you are not alone, there or here. None of it is fair and you are more than entitled to bitch and moan all you want. i'm glad you do and not keep it bottled up inside.
All that can be said is that life just simply sucks sometimes. I am very sorry.
This isn't even one of our better bitch fests, either. :)

in the uk we have had a big "recover this sort of bank charges" thing and i have got £1700 back! it felt good to beat the big banks just for once - i never manage to juggle the money right.
hope your aircon gets sorted soon - i can't imagine how hot that is...
